Warranty:We warrant D.G. set supplied by us against faulty design, material and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 1000 Hours from the date of supply,. You must inform us in writing of any defect noticed. Our liability excludes natural wear & tear, defect arising after transfer of risk owing transport risk, Installation, operation, maintenance or use of fuel, lubricant etc, contrary to our manuals and instructions. Repair/ replacement of parts not carried out or authorized by us immediately will void our warranty.Warranty of batteries will expire within 6 months from the date of order confirmation.Consumable Spares: In warranty period Generator user must be use original Consumable Spare parts (Filters and others parts) to their schedule maintenance time and that items source should be Perkins Engine Dealer or Generator supplier for original spares. If Generator user using others sourcing spares in Warranty time and occurred Engine problems that case Perkins will not responsible for any warranty issue and its Global Policy of Perkins EngineManufacturer Inc.After sales service:We have highly qualified and well experienced engineers & technicians to provide after sales service facilities to our supplied D.G. sets during and after warranty period. All necessary parts (Engine/ Alternator) will be available from us for our offered generating set.
